New this year at Lakeside Farmers' Market is our Pavilion. This is Henrico County's first and only permanent Farmers' Market that operates under a Provisional Use Permit, granted by the Henrico County Board of Supervisors. The pavilion has electrical outlets for all vendors of the market, ceiling fans for the comfort of all that attend and is lighted for those wishing to shop after dark. The pavilion was designed by Frazier and Associates; a Virginia Main Street designer from Lynchburg, Virginia. W. E. Bowman Construction Co. was the Builder/Contractor. Sharon and Peter Francisco, owners of Lakeside Towne Center are the owners and managers of the market.
